Pasino Grand

In collaboration with Moment Factory

For the Pasino Grand in Aix-en-Provence, Sensitile collaborated with Moment Factory to create a luminous feature wall that acts as both a visual anchor and experiential threshold within the immersive casino environment. Installed as the backdrop to the central escalator, the wall is composed of numerous vertically arranged Jali® resin strips, each meticulously fabricated with discreetly integrated lighting concealed within a precision-machined groove and spaced using low-profile channels.

Rather than forming a continuous surface, the wall is constructed as a layered array of illuminated elements. This approach not only delivers a striking aesthetic but also enables efficient material use—achieving an expansive visual effect without the weight and cost of a solid installation. The reflective ceiling overhead multiplies the impact, creating an illusion of greater scale and grandeur

Visible both from a distance and at close range, this installation demonstrates the power of thoughtful materiality, lighting, and detailing in transforming transitional spaces into captivating moments.
