      Cannon Design incorporated Scintilla panels to create an interactive feature wall in the lobby of the Richmond Olympic Oval Ice Arena in Richmond, British Columbia. Blue light is projected on the panels from hidden video projectors to create the effect of moving water without having the necessary upkeep of an actual water feature.
