The design intent for the TikTok Bellevue project was to create an open, airy aesthetic that avoided the confines of enclosed spaces. Rather than limiting the environment, the goal was to enhance the sense of freedom and openness, with lighting playing a key role in achieving this vision.

Our solution included the curved soffit and base millwork elements, incorporating our proprietary Lumina edge-lit material. These illuminated pillars, lining the stairway and highlighting the negative space, add depth to the open design. The concealed lighting within the soffit and base is easily accessible for maintenance and upgrades, offering long-term functionality.

This complete solution ensured a smooth installation process while bringing Gensler's vision to life in a truly striking way.
