Byron Rogers Federal Office Building

Denver, Colorado, USA

HOK-Denver used Jali Cascata as elevator flags inside the Byron Rogers Federal Building in Colorado. Each flag consists of two 5″ x 10″ panels of Jali Cascata with a density of 40%. With the panels placed back-to-back inside a frame, they’re positioned above each elevator door as a signal for the arrival of the elevator. Each panel has a mirror layer that allows the Jali pattern to illuminate when edge lit with LEDs.
